Cost of Shipping 

We offer free shipping in India on orders above ₹ 500. The shipping prices are calculated on the ZIP code entered and order weight. We try keeping shipping costs down as much as possible.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Post shipment, you will receive an auto-generated email which will have details of the items which have been shipped, along with the tracking information.

Alternatively, you may also find the tracking information updated in the "My Account" section. This may take up to 48 hours.

How many days does it take to ship the item?

Time to dispatch may vary from item to item. For ready products the usual item to dispatch is 48 Hours , for customized/ made to order products the time may vary for item to item but are generally in the 7 to 14 day bracket.

Note: Post shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 8 working days to deliver the item.

Do you ship items globally?

We ship worldwide. However, at this time we do not deliver to Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, Pakistan, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, and Ukraine. This is due to logistical challenges and complex custom duty implications.

How safe is my order during transit?

To ensure the safety of your order, we use trusted courier services like DHL, FedEx , IndiaPost , Delhivery. All our shipments are insured. In case the parcel is lost in transit due to some unforeseen circumstances, we replace the order or refund the amount - upon your request.

My order is shipped, but I have not received the tracking details yet?

As soon as the item is shipped from our end, an email with tracking details/information gets triggered automatically.

In a rare scenario, it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reflect in the system.

How can I get the tracking information?

Post shipment you will receive an auto-generated email which will have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.

Why am I unable to track my order?

While the tracking number gets generated as soon as an item is marked shipped from our end, the courier website may take up to 2 hours to update tracking information on their website. 

My order is shipped, but it is not delivered yet?

After the shipment, normally, an item takes around 3 to 5 working days to get delivered.

In rare instances, you might experience a delay because of clearance at the origin or the destination country.

We proactively keep track of such deviations and initiate a follow-up with our courier partner to ensure delivery at the earliest.

When and how can I change the shipping address?

The shipping address can be changed till the time the order is not dispatched from our end. To request a change, please get in touch with our team, and we’ll make the change. 

Is it possible to change the Shipping Address post shipment? 

While we would have wished to, it will not be possible to accommodate the request for a Shipping Address change post-shipment because of logistical limitations.

Can the delivery be rescheduled if I am unable to collect my order? 

Yes, the delivery can be rescheduled, but up to a limited duration. It will depend on the feasibility at the courier service's end. You can directly contact your local courier office to get this done.

I want a part of my order to be shipped in the US and the other in India. Is it possible? 

Due to system limitations, we cannot ship items from one order to two different shipping addresses. If you need delivery at two locations, we request you to place two different orders.

I want to change the shipping address of the order as I am relocating to a different location. 

You can request for a change in Shipping Address till the item isn’t dispatched. 

In case of such a requirement, please get in touch with our team, and we will be happy to assist you to your satisfaction.

Will I get a call before delivery?

Yes, that might be possible. This depends on the courier company servicing your delivery.

You can also track the expected delivery date and time through the tracking details provided to you post-dispatch.

Cancellation by Us

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have made payment, the paid amount will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made after deducting payment gateway charges unless the cancellation was necessitated because of errors or inaccuracies in this website in which case the full amount will be reversed. 

Cancellation by You

To cancel an order, you must use the cancellation facility available on our website. Bulk buyers (other than custom made orders )may also cancel orders by  sending us email at info@itminan.com. within the time stipulated in this Terms and Conditions. Cancellation over the telephone will be valid only if it is followed by an email request for cancellation sent to us from the buyer’s registered email id within 12 hours of the telephonic cancellation request. 

Cancellation requests must be made within three hours of placing an order if such an order has been placed before 5 p.m. In case of an order placed after 5 p.m., the same may be cancelled before 8 a.m. on the following day. If the cancellation is made within the three-hour permitted time window, the amount paid by you will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made after deducting payment gateway charges. 

Bulk buyers may be subject to certain additional cancellation rules/privileges the details of which can be obtained by contacting us while placing orders.

Return of Goods

Before you return our product , please understand  how our products are made . All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India , resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. irregular weaves, prints or a stitch are not considered defective products . 

 Products can be returned only if the product is defective or damaged. Chances of your receiving products that are defective or damaged is extremely rare as we maintain the strictest checks and controls over all products we ship to our buyers. 

Compensation for products damaged during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the courier company and the insurance company insuring the shipment.

The following may be considered as defects:

  • Fabric is torn and is not usable
  • Weave  damaged or torn
  • Weight per meter varies more than 25%

 

The following are not considered as defects: 

  • Colour gap between what you saw online versus in real life. Different monitors display colours differently. 
  • Colour bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for such fabrics are mentioned on respective product pages.                                                                                                                                           Rough finish in case of hand woven and hand printed fabrics.
  • Irregular  printing in hand block printed fabrics and its products

 

Requirements for products to be returned: 

  • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

To return an order, send us an email at orders@itminan.in with your order number, image of the defective areas of the product, and a brief write-up about the problem within 3 days from the date of receipt of order. On acceptance of  your request, a full refund shall be made on receipt of goods by us .

 

In case the order consists of multiple items and not all items are being returned, any bulk purchase discounts availed will be reduced pro rata to whatever is applicable if any on the net order value after return.

Reverse pick-up address of products to be returned has to be the same as the shipping address. In case our logistics partner is not able to cover the pick-up location, the customer shall return the package by "India Post", and share a scanned copy of the receipt via Email and /or Whatsapp. Itminan  shall refund shipping charges as per the "India Post" receipt.

Any request of exchange against shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the replacement fabric/product in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned products.

Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP.

 

FINAL AND BINDING DECISION ON CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Any decision taken by “Itminan” in respect of cancellation or return or exchange of an order shall be final and binding on you. You hereby agree to not dispute the decision made by us and accept the decision regarding such cancellation.
