How long does it take to ship an international order?

Your orders will be shipped through DHL-Express, India Post  or other international courier company  and will leave our office within 4-6 working days from the date of order placement.

How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?

Once you add a product to your shopping cart, you will find the shipping calculation for the same in the check-out page. Your order cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the selected products.

Does the customer have to bear the local taxes when order is received?

Each country has its own local taxes and duties and the same shall be borne by the customer. Some countries also have additional rules/requirements.

How does a customer make payment for international orders?

You can make your payment through any international bank cards.

Can international bulk orders be placed?

What is your Return Policy?

Before you return our product , please understand  how our products are made . All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India , resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. irregular weaves, prints or a stitch are not considered defective products . 

Products can be returned only if the product is defective or damaged. Chances of your receiving products that are defective or damaged is extremely rare as we maintain the strictest checks and controls over all products we ship to our buyers. 

Compensation for products damaged during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the courier company and the insurance company insuring the shipment.

The following may be considered as defects:

  • Fabric is torn and is not usable
  • Weave  damaged or torn
  • Weight per meter varies more than 25%

The following are not considered as defects:

  • Colour gap between what you saw online versus in real life. Different monitors display colours differently.
  • Colour bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for such fabrics are mentioned on respective product pages.
  • Rough finish in case of hand woven and hand printed fabrics.
  • Irregular  printing in hand block printed fabrics and its products 

Requirements for products to be returned:

The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

To return an order, send us an email at with your order number, image of the defective areas of the product, and a brief write-up about the problem within 3 days from the date of receipt of order. On acceptance of  your request, a full refund shall be made on receipt of goods by us .


What is the Cancellation Policy on international orders?

To cancel an order, you can send us an email at Within the time stipulated in this Terms and Conditions. Cancellation over the telephone will be valid only if it is followed by an email request for cancellation sent to us from the buyer’s registered Email-Id within 12 hours of the telephonic cancellation request. 

Cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing an order if such an order has been placed before 5 p.m IST . In case of an order placed after 5 p.m IST , the same may be cancelled before 5 p.m IST on the following day. If the cancellation is made within the three-hour permitted time window, the amount paid by you will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made after deducting payment gateway charges. 

Bulk buyers may be subject to certain additional cancellation rules/privileges the details of which can be obtained by contacting us while placing orders.

Do you have standardized prices for domestic and international orders?

International peripheries don’t weigh down the love we have for our customers. All our products are uniformly priced for countries across the world. It is only the shipping cost that varies based on the weight of the order and zip code of the country.  

Can I bill the order internationally and get it shipped to an Indian address?

Yes, you can pay internationally and get it shipped to any town or city in India. All charges will be as applicable on domestic orders.

Are there some items which are restricted for international shipments?

Though we know after leafing through the website you would feel like buying everything, however, there are a few products that we don’t ship overseas. In this case, if the fabric is not compatible for shipping in your country, you will see a condition ticker on the product page itself and add to cart will be automatically disabled.
